Welcome to the SendOutCards 90-Day Action Plan. If you use this plan and
carefully follow each action step, you will be off to a quick start with SendOutCards.

Action Steps

Step 1: Set up your system

Step 2: Create your Warm Market List (WML) with the Memory Jogger

Step 3: Enter your WML into your contact management system

Step 4: Send your WML a first look card or call them on the phone in 10-person increments (use the Contact Follow-Up Sheet)

Step 5: Phone your WML that you have sent a first look card to, and give them a Gift Account Walkthrough (GAW)

Step 6: Follow up with each GAW by phone call or with cards (may include DVDs, newspaper inserts, or gifts)

Step 7: Training- Teach new card senders the 90-Day Action Plan, The Daily 8, and help them “stay connected” with conference calls, events, and The Daily 8 site

Step 8: Keeping score with The Daily 8--use the scorecard to get at least eight points a day or forty points per week

10 Tips: Maximize your results in your first 90 days

The 90-Day Action Plan Introduction

Having a written business plan like the 90-Day Action Plan is very important, even if you are working part–time from home. So many people who start out their SendOutCards business never take the time to create a plan.

There was a recent study done at Harvard Business School. The study was done over a twenty-five year period with 1,600 businesses. These were the results:

70% of the businesses in the study had no written or verbal plan
27% of the businesses in the study had verbal goals only
3% of the businesses in the study had them written down

98% of the wealth was held by those 3% of the businesses in the study

You can see from the results that when you have a business plan, you automatically know where you’re going and your chances of getting there are infinitely higher.

If your goal is to bring in at least five new distributors a week, you’ll have a much better chance of reaching that goal if your plan includes action steps to get there.
