Now that you have all the people that you know in your contact manager, you’ll want to contact them. There are several ways to do this:
• Phone Calls
• Emails
• First-look Cards
If you’re sending your card to a business professional that you know, you might want to let them know how SendOutCards will help them follow up with people in a personal way and generate more referrals.
If you’re sending a card to a personal friend who is not a business professional, you’ll want to simply let them know about your new SendOutCards business and offer to walk them through a gift account.
The quicker you get someone on a gift account the better. The most effective order is:
1) A phone call
2) A gift account
3) A first-look card with a DVD or newspaper insert as a follow-up to the gift account.
